Logan Township, N.J. — Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) has announced that it will continue its  full warranty package on all of its 2010 model medium-duty trucks — including its bumper-to-bumper warranty (three years /unlimited mileage) and its exclusive Powertrain Limited Warranty (five years or 175,000 mi (280,000 km) on FE/FG models and five years or 250,000 mi (400,000 km) on FK/FM models.
According to Mike Rumsey, vice president, sales operations, “We back our trucks because we know how rugged they are. And in this economy, our warranties can help make the cost of ownership more predictable and palatable for our customers, so it’s a win-win.”
Unlike most other manufacturers’ warranties, the Mitsubishi Fuso 5-year powertrain limited warranty covers not only the internally lubricated engine and drivetrain, but many bolt-on components, including the starter, the water pump, and even the turbocharger.
