Logan Township, NJ — Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) has appointed Michael (Mike) Sands as its new District Sales Manager for the Greater New York/Philadelphia Metro area. .
Mr. Sands comes to MFTA with more than 20 years of experience in the truck industry. Prior to joining MFTA on January 5, he held a number of posts with another manufacturer and marketer of medium-duty cabover trucks, including District Service and Parts Manager, Regional Service and Parts Manager, and most recently, Corporate Fleet Manager.
In his new post, he will be responsible for all MFTA liaison with its extensive dealer network in the Philadelphia/New York corridor.
