FUSO Employee Profile - Dale Fahr

FUSO is proud to introduce you to Dale Fahr. Dale recently was promoted to Materials Planner for the Parts Department having worked at the FUSO Academy Training Manager previously. He has over 17 years’ experience working in various roles at FUSO. In his current role, he makes sure the Parts Department has the necessary materials to provide to our dealership locations and he maintains the always-changing parts inventory level.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic has altered the way we work, Dale has been working from his home. He says, “In addition to adapting to a changing role within the company, I have also adjusted to working from home and without any issues.” He is very proud of how rapidly FUSO’s leadership addressed the need for safety with all of their employees, both at the corporate office in Logan Township, New Jersey, as well as the field team who works throughout the United States and Canada. The organization accomplished this shift in “where” employees work while still maintaining business as usual.

Dale credits his many years of experience within the organization for his adaptability to the changing business conditions. “I have been able to adapt to changing business conditions over the years and, in turn, offer assistance to my co-workers where they need help,” he added. At the end of the day, Dale understands it all about helping our customers. “No matter what department needs assistance, I am always ready to help,” he ended.

Dale enjoys the family culture at FUSO. “FUSO has created a family-style work environment. All employees are treated equally with respect and appreciation and all come together to accomplish common work goals.”
